HSM Informatika
HSM Informatika is the number one distributor for DTP and other graphics software and equipment, such as Adobe,
Corel, InFocus and so on.
This project includes the implementation of both Retail and Distribution Web Shops. The Distribution Web Shop is
available to authorized partners only.
Catalogue consistency is maintained by automatic synchronization with client ERP system, and includes
warehouse stockings, partner and rebate synchronization, and ERP Document integration.
Project specifics includes the specifics regarding the software and license sales, with specific means of
warehouse checking and linked sales as licence+media connected sales. Often software sales require that
distributor acquires the End-user info to provide to Software manufacturer for licensing.
Basic product data is mainly maintained in the ERP system. For other data, that could not be maintained
in the ERP, we implemented our ERP Extender solution which enables the customer to provide
additional specific data that the ERP solution cannot keep, but are crucial for Web Shop functionality.
